Job Description

Your team: You will be part of the Customer Success team front-ending Customers and developing deeper relations with Key Decision-Makers to ensure a mutual win, both for ECS as well as the Customer. Your impact & contribution: You will be allocated New Customer Accounts across UAE to build and develop Business Opportunities within ECS expertise. You will be responsible in ensuring successful Customer On-boarding and Relationship Management thereafter. Your responsibilities: You will be primary contact between the Customer and ECS; advising them and providing solutions and answering queries. Your work will include : • organising sales visits every day after researching the Customer Accounts allocated to you • demonstrating and presenting ECS Services ensuring 360 degree mapping of the account for any potential business opportunities • establishing new business opportunities on a daily basis • maintaining accurate records of the Customers in the CRM as well as Leads in the Sales Tracker • attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings for exploring New Customers, Newer Technologies and possible opportunities • reviewing sales performance on a Daily / Weekly basis • preparing and negotiating proposals, participating in Tenders • aiming to achieve monthly targets consistently Your skills & experience: Confident & Polite Disciplined & Patient Attention to Detail Commercial Awareness IT Skills Experience involving contact with customers will be beneficial and/or 2-3 years experience in IT Sales Preference would be given to Candidates with a Car and Driving License Arabic Language Proficiency – Desirable though not mandatory Your qualifications: Computer Engineering Graduate (preferably) with MBA in Sales and/or Marketing
