Job Description

Position Summary: Restaurant Service Crew Role Description: Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs: Maintain QSC/brand owner standards. Cook & prepare products, serve & host customers, handle orders transactions, promote sales and handle customers complains whenever appropriate. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction. TM could work as a cashier/packer, server/ cook and/ supply base as assigned by duty manager. Other Responsibilities: • Help other team members and offers suggestions to improve restaurant performance • Works in all assigned stations with the same readiness level • Play as a role model for all new employees, participate in new comers training. Team Organization: Reporting to: Restaurant Manager Other Interactions: The job holder internal contacts are restaurant hostesses/hosts, crew trainers, crew chief’s management staff, while the external contacts are clients. Working Hours: 9 hours|6 days| with 1 hour Break Age: Must be below 31 years old
