As a Telesales Executive, you would be responsible for generating leads and maintaining healthy relations with existing clients through calls. You would answer customer queries regarding the products and services of the company. You would enter and update client information in the database. Responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and identifying prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy and to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful, you should have at least 2+ years of sales experience within telesales. Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
