Job Description

• Pipeline development:
• Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline of large government and foundation accounts while maintaining a high volume of lead generation activity, across global markets
• Identify and manage opportunities for participation in global tenders (e.g. USAID), and engage regional business development leads to complete RFP submissions
• Utilize social selling, email campaigns and outbound calls to prospects to generate meetings and opportunities
• Respond to inbound demand/leads
• Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
• Coordinate meetings and opportunities with senior government stakeholders
• Enablement:
• Identify required skills and training opportunities required for business development team and program management team to increase sales and quality of delivery
• Refine and manage role-specific onboarding curricula
• Enable Udacity s Business Development team to consistently articulate our value to customers. Examples: Reinforcing our sales methodology and supporting a manager-led coaching program, as well as driving programmatic efforts to improve our story-telling capabilities
• Manage delivery of training through coordination with global Udacity functions and external training providers
• Identify and program manage gaps in tooling (e.g. Sales Force) and implement required changes, to provide opportunity for seamless flow across functions given global nature of business
• Work with Product Marketing to enable the business development team to consistently articulate our differentiators against competitors

• Overall 3-5 years of experience, with 2 years in SaaS companies or as part of digital transformation/upskilling consulting firms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with native level fluency in English
• Expert level training and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtually)
