Job Description

We are looking for a superstar Business Development Manager with key relationships across the Healthcare and specifically pharmacy space in the UAE to help us develop and accelerate our presence in the market. Roles and responsibility • Learn & understand our products and our prospective clients well. • Understand customer pain points, requirements and correlate Verofax solutions and customer requirements. • Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries. • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence. • Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers. • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services. • Oversee sales operations within the region. You will collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a goal for the UAE market. • Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales results • Provide clients and prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations (in person or via video conferencing) • Ensure smooth and optimized delivery of sales operations • Develop and enhance ecosystem relationships with key partners and stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 5-8 years of sales experience (in a similar discipline preferred: healthcare, business to business SaaS sales, solution selling) • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication • Proven track record in hitting quota and retention targets individually and with a team • Proven network within the healthcare industry in the UAE to accelerate adoption and scale solutions • Negotiation skills as it relates to renewal upsells, cross-selling, and additional product add-ons • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems • Willingness to collaborate with peers, product management, and internal key constituents at the firm • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of accountability • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills • Aptitude in creative problem-solving • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field will be an advantage
