Key Responsibilities:
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying the information.
Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Key Requirements:
Degree holder with experience in the similar role.
Two to three years experience as call center agent.
Good in English both verbal and written.
Basic computer knowledge.
