Call attending executive

We are looking for a self-motivated Call attending executive to join our team and help maintain the nature of the organization.

Location: Dubai

You should have:

  • 6 months-2 years of experience in same field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Must be fluent in British Accent English.
  • Have a helpful and positive nature.
  • A highly motivated individual who can multitask well.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate good time management and attention to detail.

Your job responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and respond to emails.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Enter new customer information into system.
  • Update existing customer information.
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate resource.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete call logs and produce call reports

Experience : Less than 1 Year

Salary: 5500-6500 AED
