We are looking for a self-motivated Call attending executive to join our team and help maintain the nature of the organization.
You should have:
- 6 months-2 years of experience in same field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Must be fluent in British Accent English.
- Have a helpful and positive nature.
- A highly motivated individual who can multitask well.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrate good time management and attention to detail.
Your job responsibilities:
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Enter new customer information into system.
- Update existing customer information.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Complete call logs and produce call reports

Salary: 5500-6500 AED
