• Collaborate with creatives, creators, and business partners, to bring stories and concepts to life. • Conceptualize, create storyboards and design using different styles and approaches for deliverables as needed. • Develop creative work that strongly resonates with a range of audiences while maintaining consistency for our clients’ brands. • Define best practice for visual language and continue to hone in on brand systems to create a style that becomes iconic and scales for growth throughout MENAT • Sketch, ideate, and generate new concepts quickly based on stakeholder direction and self-driven research.. • Work cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex briefs into simple, compelling ideas and highly-engaging, world-class design
• Requirements 4-6 years as a Graphic Designer in an agency environment. • Experience with industry standard design tools – Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, After Effects & Illustrator) • An impressive portfolio with work across various mediums – visual design, 3D, illustration, typography, print &/or digital Design & layout skills including composition, colour, photography & typography • Excellent written and visual communication skills Impeccable attention to detail. Comfortable guiding freelancers, agencies, and production partners, but should be willing to roll up their sleeves to do the work. • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. • A strong grasp of the English language is a must.
