Job Description:


1.Handle reception & EPABX effectively.
2.Handle office administration (Office license renewals, stationery, pantry, courier, etc.)
3.Handle booking of air tickets, hotels, etc.
4.Must have experience in JAFZA portal for visa application, renewals, gate passes, etc.
5.Working experience in Dubai Trade website for custom related works.
6.Handling employee files, assists in recruitments.
7.Handling petty cash, making vouchers, assist in accounts related works.
