Purchase Officer

Key Responsibilities
 Devise strategic buying in accordance with the market trends and the category wise budgets in order to improve the customer experience and the business excellence
 Identify new vendors and maintain existing vendors and implement best cost saving deal and policies.
 Manage required agreements and contracts in order to ensure pricing, quality and services in accordance to the set standards and targets.
 Evaluate supplier relation and performance to ensure the compliance of the term and condition of the contract.
 Review category wise stock levels, forecast demands of each categories and device timely procurement plans and its execution in order to ensure optimum inventory.
 Coordinating with inventory controller to determine and manage inventory needs.
 Ensure proper and timely storage of stocks in the respective warehouse.
 Ensure timely liquidation of slow moving inventories on coordination with the Retail Operation heads.
 Strategic approaches to manage expiry stock without affecting the revenue.
 Manage in store promotional activities with necessary supports from the suppliers.

Skills
o Strong knowledge of market and procurement system and process strong critical thinking and Negotiation skills in order to assess the trends and approaches of market
o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal interactions skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
