Position summary:


Implement LTG and STO within the Communication Section of the organisation in order to enhance the overall Digital Marketing Experience across all SBU’s


Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Direction
    • Implementation of the company’s digital strategy, and maintain a strong online company presence through social media strategy to ehance the company brands awarness and image.
  • Content Development
    • Focus on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
  • Customer Experience
    • Implement customer-centric content and communication which attracts the customer, and results in the customer developing an affinity to the product and service for purchase.
    • Asess all customers online touch points and needs, and translate these requirements into solutions.
    • Mainitain an online customer experience that is unified with the offline experience.
  • Digital Campaigns Content Development and Digital Projects
    • Develop content for digital using the latest digital trends and research insights.
    • Develop content that is adapted and tailored to suit the most appropriate digital platform for the greatest impact, in order to maximise audience reach and customer penetration.
    • Maintain up to date and timely messages across all marketing communication channels by developing campaigns that supports the brands growth.
  • Mobile Application Marketing & Digital Project
    • Develop a mobile application as per DED and SBU needs, oversee the activities of the company’s mobile application marketing.
    • Handling all digitized project to enhance the customer digital experience
  • Digital analytics & reports
    • Maintain and track social media impact and foot prints.
    • Responsible for delivering & presenting periodic media reports & analysis.
  • Suppliers/Stakeholders
    • Maintain sound relations with service providers (suppliers/stakeholders) in order to work towards the successful implementation of the Marketing Vision and Mission.
  • Financial Management
    • Track and report all costs and expenses associated with the Digital Marketing.
    • Provide inputs for annual/quarter budget planning.
  • Team Management
    • Monitor the team to ensure high performance and value deliverables.
  • Digital Marketing Performance Management
    • Manage KPI’s for DM teams to monitor and measure expected outcomes for the achievement of strategic objectives and alignment to the Marketing Vision and Mission.
  • Long Term Goals (LTG) and Short Term Objectives (STO)
    • Report on the main Marketing KPI’s to achieve the Marketing Division’s Long Term Goals, and Short Term Objectives.


Minimum Qualification & Experience:




  • Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management
  • Professional Certification in Marketing, Project Management
  • Accredited in Marketing
  • Professional Membership in Marketing, Project Management




  • 5+ years work experience in Digital Marketing
  • Minimum 3-5years work experience in communication
  • Minimum3-5 years work experience in local market
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in Africa and/or Middle East
  • Minimum 3Years in a Global/Multinational or Diversified Group
