Customer Service Agent is online service platform for MacBooks, iPhone, laptops and gadgets repair and fixing. We are urgently hiring person to receive customer inquiries and service delivery by effective team coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound customer inquiries and closing deals for service requirements.
  • Effectively use online system to input all customer’s inquiries, task assignments, invoicing and reporting
  • Must be good to develop customer relationship and trust by effective communication and committed service delivery
  • Should have Good IT background
  • Task scheduling, assignments and reporting
  • Efficient handling of Telephonic inquiries and should be multitasking
  • Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
