Park Hyatt Dubai Located in Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club on the banks of the majestic Dubai Creek is looking for a Sous Chef.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in the overall management and leadership of the kitchen, ensuring all standards and procedures are met resulting in consistency, quality and profitability.

For this particular role, we are looking for the right attitude. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in our production kitchen, and across our outlets. This exciting role is responsible for supervising, training, and developing the kitchen brigade. You will ensure memorable guest experiences through using your extensive knowledge of international cuisine and culinary creativity.

  • Current experience as a Jr. Sous or Sous Chef, or 2-3 years of experience as Chef De Partie in a 4/5 star hotel (or similar) environment.
  • Proven knowledge & experience in all operational and functional aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Sound knowledge of Kitchen P&L including labour and food costs.
  • Proven leadership abilities including fostering an open and supportive environment where associates can have fun, take pride in their work and reach their potential.
  • A positive, proactive approach and demonstrated enthusiasm.
