Machine Operators

This includes, but is not limited to: Raw material handling, line preparation, start up, doffing, cleaning, stacking, labelling etc. The operator works in close cooperation with the Line Operator and has a shared responsibility for the quantity and the quality of the output generated on the lines or in the area where he is assigned.
Carry out all the required tasks in order to ensure output quantity and quality
Carry out all activities in a responsible way in order to secure a safe working environment for everybody in the plant
Keep the work place and the factory clean and tidy and clean up after all activities in order to secure a safe and clean working environment for everybody in the plant
Take responsibility concerning the quality of the produced goods.
Showing self-confidence and initiative in order to improve the overall reliability and efficiency of the process
Support and give training to other colleagues in order to increase the overall level of knowledge in the production department

Minimum Qualifications:
Higher Secondary School Certificate- 12th and above (Certificate original and copy is required)

Technical Qualification is added advantage.

Job-Specific Skills:
Good in English Speaking-Reading-Understanding is a must
Physically fit and no history of serious illness like back pain
Not color blind
Age 23 to 33 Years

Minimum Experience: 2 years

Working experience in a manufacturing environment is advantage, preferably in plastic extrusion or textile industry
