We currently are looking for a Finance/Customer Service Specialist for our office in Dubai

Main responsibilities in Finance:

You will perform accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.

  • Reconcile accounts and check the accuracy of journal entries to ensure that the general ledger is accurate and complete
  • VAT reporting
  • Bank transactions and reconciliation
  • Handling payments from other countries through local banks
  • Check and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements.
  • Trade finance document handling

Other responsibilities:

  • HR administration
  • Process of residence visas and work permits
  • Local health insurance management

Main responsibilities in Customer Care

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our business clients in the Middle East & Africa
  • Managing order entry and order follow-up until completion
  • Communication with our customers to ensure smooth order process and delivery
  • Maintain customer database updated

Ideal candidate

  • High School education in administration/finance
  • At least 2 years of experience either in finance and/or customer care
  • Fluent English
  • Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail
