  • Mixing and baking ingredients according to recipes to produce large quantities of bread, pastries and other baked goods
  • Weighing and measuring ingredients, using measuring and weighing scale
  • Performing the required cleaning for the equipment as per the work instruction
  • Understanding, following and implementing the food safety and quality policy-related roles in his area of responsibility
  • Controlling the misuse and mishandling of product and related items in his work area
  • Mixing ingredients to form the dough by using electric mixers
  • Rolling and shaping dough using dough sheeter and rolling pin.

Starting machine and observing operations until detecting a malfunction of a machine and reporting that to his direct supervisor
