Call Centre Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for the organization and daily operations of the systems and personnel in the areas of appointment and re-appointment in accordance with the hospital and departmental policies and procedures in order to provide a high standard of patient care.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field

2. At least 5 years’ experience as a Call Center Team Lead (preferably in a hospital setting)

3. Working knowledge of hospital and medical terminology.

4. Working Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.

5. Good command of Arabic and English Language spoken and written.

6. Excellent computer skills including well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and search engines
