Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a technical support – telephone and frontal for the company’s employees. As part of the role of providing internal organizational support to the company’s users, handling complex faults. Support for hardware and software faults in PCs, management of permissions in Active Directory, Office troubleshooting as well as Win-7,10 operating systems, software support, etc.

Requirements
Education:

Relevant education in network management and communication infrastructure.

Experience:

Experience in supporting the corporate IT system
