Job Details:

  • Serve as ambassador of first impressions, greeting our outside guests and vendors, as well as answering phones and sorting mail.
  • Serve as primary internal and external contact for all office needs.
  • Manage the office supply.
  • Management of building access keys, coordination of desk moves and setup, repairs and maintenance of our office equipment.
  • Recommend and implement improvements for the office environment & experience
    Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors & service provider.
  • Collaborate with management team on candidates sourcing, outreaching, and interview scheduling.
  • Plan, organize, implement and manage various office team engagement activities, functions and special events.
  • Manage the companies social media pages/brand management.
  • Assist management in daily operations and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong PC/MS Office Computer skills.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills and accountability in the role.
