Gym Supervisor (preferably Philipino)


The Gym supervisor responsibilities play a crucial role in this by assisting the clients in meeting their demands. He is responsible for the overall management of the Fitness 101. He is also responsible for taking charge of increasing the revenue for the business by using marketing and advertising campaigns.


The Gym Manager needs to carry out a wide range of duties that include maintaining the equipment, offering the best services to the clients, keeping cleanliness, ensuring increased sales, general supervision, etc.

· Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational process both internally and externally and finds ways to improve process

· Coordinates with human resources department to recruit skilled talent and keep the best employees

· Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary

· Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers

· Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organization goals and motivates staff to meet or surpass organizational and sales goals

· Evaluates newly implemented sales plans

· Acts as a liaison between Fitness 101 and clients for quality assurance

· Develops and implements growth strategies of Fitness 101

· Provides to all employees in Fitness 101

· To assist in designing the goals and objectives by implementing the necessary policies and procedures and communicate it to the staff members

· To review the staffing requirement and promptly hire fitness trainers and provide them with the necessary training

· To communicate with the clients constantly and understand their needs so that new programs can be designed to improve it

· To implement promotional campaigns or conduct training sessions that would be able to attract more clients , thus increasing the overall sales of the facility

· To make requisitions for new equipment and see that the existing equipment is clean and maintained well

· To renovate the existing location and look out for new facilities so as to increase the business

· To design the budget and ensuring that it is being adhered to, so as to achieve the goals and objectives of the business

· To keep a track record of stocks, maintaining and overseeing the inventory records

· To know the current developments happening in the field, and to make sure that fitness manager copes and implements these variations to stay ahead in the competition

· To guides and advises the staff members on how to give their best services to the clients

· To handle the technical aspects as well as some part of the marketing, and overall management of the health care facility that will eventually lead to increasing the profits of the organization

· To resolve issues and provide the necessary medical care and first aid procedures whenever there are injuries

· To prepare weekly / monthly reports and presentation that demonstrate the progress of the Fitness 101 to the CEO
