A degree in quantity surveying is required.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing and evaluating contractual issues and disputes.
Handling claims assessments.
Formulating claims arbitration and alternate dispute resolution.
Should also provide contractual guidance including risk analysis of contract provisions.
Preparation of position and recommendation papers.
Developing negotiation strategies on contractual issues, including management of claims/disputes.
Conducting services adhering to international best practice and the standards of the RICS.
