Admin Clerk

A Hotel along the Garden Route is seeking an Admin Clerk to join their Finance Team.

Assist the team to analyse financial information, maintain accounting records & process relevant financial transactions.

Grade 12 or Equivalent with Accounting until Grade 12

A relevant Tertiary qualification

Advance MS Office

Experience in a well known accounting software package

At least 2 years experience in a financial environment where financial accounting work experience was gained

Process all debtors & creditors including invoices & payment receipts

Perform month end procedures

Create Account profiles

Process & reconcile petty cash

Monthly cash float checks

Participate in stocktakes & admin related duties
