Receptionist (Temp Position)

Introduction

My client based in Westwood is seeking to hire a Receptionist (temp position) for approximately 4 months – time frame is situation dependent.

The ideal candidate will be available immediately, be very well presented and have excellent communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • General reception duties: answering calls, taking and sending messages to staff etc
  • Receiving clients.
  • Act as the companies covid compliance person: take everyone’s temperature as they enter & exi,  complete a register, ensure sanitizing on entry and exit
  • Ensure the cleaning staff complete their cleaning registers and then at end of each day email the registers to Jrelevant manager

Desired Experience & Qualification

– Matric

– A relevant qualification will be an advantage

– Minimum of 3 years in a reception / customer facing type role

– Excellent and clear communication skills

– Fluent in English

– Highly computer literate

– Available to work Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 15:00 or 08:00 – 16:00

– Must NOT HAVE ANY CO-MORBIDITY for Covid-19 – Must be in good health

Package & Remuneration

Hourly Rate of R37 per hour excl statutory benefits
