Secretary / Receptionist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering, Screening and forwarding phone calls if necessary.

To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Maintaining a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.

Performing secretarial duties such as typing, filling and faxing.

Responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests and coordinating the duties of the front desk.

Resolving customers complaints in an effective and respectful way.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Should be with at least 1-2 years experience as a Secretary or Receptionist.

Must have a strong personality and able to work under pressure.

Good typing speed and knowledge of advanced Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
