You will be responsible for:
Create messages through words to generate a desired outcome from the persons or systems with whom they are meant to resonate
Content writing and management
  • Develop a lot of ideas with the experience to refine and self-edit your work along the way
  • Be proficient in multiple styles of writing and tones that appeal to various target markets
  • Possess a strong attention to detail, edit copy to ensure brand voice and business objectives are effectively executed across all messaging
  • Able to write to all different forms of media, including manifestos, scripts, digital and content
  • Writing various copy options, which may be presented to the client as a story board (a consecutive series of frames depicting the script and drawings that may be used)
  • Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
  • Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines
Customer/team interaction
  • Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels
  • Capable of holding client relationships, including owning presentation meetings and working directly with them on content productions
  • Meet with clients to discuss the requirements, core message and target audience
  • Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
Internal/External operational support
  • Follow media trends and best practices on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and other social channels
  • Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs
  • Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing
  • Learning about the target audience for copywriting


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in content marketing or copywriting, preferably with an agency
  • Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
  • Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
  • Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent portfolio of work
