Job description: Work with one of UAE’s biggest home service provider company with a customer base of 10M+ across 4 countries & 300+ partner companies in UAE providing a one stop solution to all local service needs in Dubai.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
i) Evaluate, train & supervise team of new cleaners to deliver a world class customer experience.
ii) Understand the cleaning services ecosystem & help design and implement a SOP to standardise training & cleaner evaluation.
iii) Assess the existing teams of 600+ cleaners with problems related to customer experience & protocols to provide timely feedback.
iv) Review & provide inputs to cleaners, update cleaning manual, audit vans for resource requirements & shortfalls, develop training plans & select other training aids.
i) A minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning companies in the UAE with a overall experience of 3-4 years.
ii) Past experience in teaching, pedagogy or training is a plus.
iii) Basic computer & excel skills to maintain reports and track performance.
